The website gives general information about Dune Dynamics and our products, AgentFlow and Navigator. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, and it may not reflect every recent change. Please confirm anything you intend to rely on with us directly.
How our products work depends on each deployment
The product descriptions and capabilities on the website describe what AgentFlow and Navigator can do. What they do for a particular customer depends on how they are deployed (in our cloud, in the customer's own cloud tenancy, or on-premises, including air-gapped installations), how they are configured, and the customer's own systems, data and integrations. The features and service levels that apply to a customer are those agreed in scoping and set out in the customer agreement.
Sample content is illustrative
The sample conversations, phone numbers, quality scores, conversation counts, metrics and dashboards shown on the website are illustrative examples. They are fictional and do not describe a real customer, a real conversation or a real person. Any resemblance to a real person or organisation is coincidental.
Results are not guaranteed
Any results, improvements or savings described on the website are examples of what our products are designed to support. Actual results depend on each customer's processes, data, configuration and use of the products, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Dialect and language coverage
We confirm Arabic dialect and language coverage for each customer during scoping, by testing against that customer's own sample recordings. Recordings are shared with us only once they are anonymised or covered by an agreement with us, as explained in our Terms of Use. A mention of a dialect or language on the website does not confirm coverage for your use.
Certifications and assessments
We share our certifications and the results of security assessments directly with prospective customers under a non-disclosure agreement. The website does not represent which certifications we hold or what any assessment found, and you should rely only on the documents we share with you.
Forward-looking statements
Some statements on the website describe our plans, such as future features, deployment options or regions. They reflect our intentions on the date they were written and may change. They are not commitments, and a future feature forms part of what we supply only once it is included in a customer agreement.
Third-party names and trade marks
Names, logos and trade marks of other companies that appear on the website belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean that those companies endorse us, work with us or are connected with us, unless we say so.
